PURPOSES FOR USING INFORMATION Taksicim primarily uses the information collected through the mobile application for the following purposes: Providing services to users through the mobile application; Communicating with users; Responding to user requests and complaints; Conducting financial and accounting processes related to payments; Providing promotion of our services; executing advertising and campaigns; Improving/developing our products and services based on user feedback; Customizing our services based on users’ preferences, usage habits, and interests; Identifying and troubleshooting systemic issues in the mobile application; To conduct information security processes, measure user experiences through cookies, and improve mobile application performance. Users acknowledge that they are entirely responsible for the security, storage, and safeguarding of the system access tools (username, password, etc.) used to benefit from the services offered by Taksicim through the mobile application, and keeping them safe from third-party access. 5. ACCURACY AND CURRENTNESS OF YOUR INFORMATION Users are responsible for the accuracy and currency of the information provided. Your information must be accurately submitted to us and updated if there are any changes to your information. You can update the information you’ve shared with Taksicim at any time through the mobile app or by calling Taksicim customer service. When you provide information to Taksicim on behalf of someone else, you represent and warrant that the information is accurate and that you have the right/authorization to share it with Taksicim. The user may update certain information. 6. REFERRALS TO THIRD PARTIES The Taksicim mobile application may redirect users to third-party links not operated by Taksicim. When visiting any of these links, you are subject to the privacy policies and terms of use of the third party you are visiting. Taksicim is not responsible for the policies and practices of such third parties. 7. CHANGES TO THE MOBILE APPLICATION AND THIS POLICY Taksicim reserves the right to change, suspend, or discontinue the services, information, images, and other elements offered through the mobile application without prior notice. Taksicim reserves the right to make changes and updates to this Policy. It is the user’s responsibility to maintain the current version of the Policy. 8. LIABILITY Taksicim is not responsible for any direct or indirect damages and expenses that may arise as a result of any error, interruption, delay, virus, line and/or system failure that may occur during the use of the mobile application.
