DISTANCE SALES AGREEMENT

3. SUBJECT
This Agreement governs the rights and obligations of the parties in accordance with the provisions of Consumer Protection Law No. 6502 and the Regulation on Distance Contracts, regarding the sale and delivery of the product, the specifications and sales price of which are specified below, which the BUYER ordered electronically through the SELLER’s website.

The prices listed and announced on the website are the sales prices. Advertised prices and promises are valid until updated or changed. Prices advertised periodically are valid until the end of the specified period.

7. PRODUCT/PRODUCT INFORMATION SUBJECT TO THE CONTRACT
1. The basic characteristics of the goods/products/services (type, quantity, brand/model, color, quantity) are published on the SELLER’s website. If the seller has organized a campaign, you can review the basic characteristics of the relevant product during the campaign period. The campaign is valid until its date.

7.2. Prices
The prices listed and announced on the website are the sales prices. Advertised prices and promises are valid until updated or changed. Temporarily announced prices are valid until the end of the specified period.

7.3. Taxes and Payments
The sales price of the goods or services subject to the contract, inclusive of all taxes, is shown below.

9. GENERAL PROVISIONS
9.1. Information and Acceptance
The BUYER acknowledges, declares, and undertakes to have read and been informed of the basic characteristics, sales price, payment method, and preliminary delivery information regarding the contracted product on the SELLER’s website, and to have provided the necessary confirmation electronically.

9.2. Delivery Time
Each product subject to the contract will be delivered within the period specified in the preliminary information section on the website, depending on the distance from the BUYER’s residence, provided that it does not exceed the legal 30-day period.

10. RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL
If the distance contract relates to the sale of goods, the BUYER may exercise the right to withdraw from the contract by rejecting the goods without giving any reason, provided that it notifies the SELLER within 14 days from the date of delivery of the product to the BUYER or to the person/entity at the address provided.

11. PRODUCTS FOR WHICH THE RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL CANNOT BE EXERCISED
Services or term-use subscriptions prepared at the BUYER’s request or expressly tailored to their personal needs are not covered by the right of withdrawal.

12. DEFAULT AND LEGAL CONSEQUENCES
The BUYER acknowledges, declares, and undertakes that if payment is made by credit card and the BUYER defaults, they will pay interest and be liable to the bank in accordance with the credit card agreement between the cardholder and the bank.

13. COMPETENT COURT
Complaints and objections regarding disputes arising from this contract shall be submitted to the court where the consumer is domiciled or where the consumer transaction was made.
Consumer disputes in the relevant jurisdiction will be brought before an arbitration committee or consumer court.

14. ENFORCEMENT
By completing payment for an order placed through the Site, the BUYER is deemed to have accepted all terms of this agreement.
